Usually when I’m perusing the net for recent AS news I don’t normally get as many hits when it comes to Ankylosing Spondylitis. This week I hit the jackpot…. haha

Another research review with a little twist. Half way down the article you will find “But for neck pain, hip osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis, improvements were less significant.” Hum…. I already knew this, now when are they going to just focus on people with AS and figure out what types of exercises we should be doing?

Not a lot of new information here but at least AS is making the researchers look twice at AS and its affects on the human body for those who have it.
