Another research review with a little twist. Half way down the article you will find “But for neck pain, hip osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis, improvements were less significant.” Hum…. I already knew this, now when are they going to just focus on people with AS and figure out what types of exercises we should be doing?

  1. Gee you’re a great resource – every time I visit I find something of interest. Really like the way you relate these articles to your own experience too. One of the difficulties I find with AS is the sharing. You never seem to descend into self-pity, which is where I always feel I end up. You’re an inspiration. Love and Peace. With Flowers. m

    • Thank You! I share to keep from descending into self-pity… and you don’t do so bad yourself… you just share in different ways… :0)

you should see what I’m like when I’m not thinking about what to write…. eek!
