wonderful! Going on 5 weeks and still no pain. It is so nice to sleep all night, get out of bed and get ready for work without trudging through the house waiting for the pain killers to kick in fully. I am loving being able to go down to my garden, even pulling the weeds without hurting. Everyone thinks I’m crazy for using a pendulum to check my foods but when the Chiropractor says “you really look and feel good!” I know I’m doing the best thing for my body.
I have been reading a lot of questions that people have on answers Ankylosing Spondylitis and I really feel for some of these people. I want to tell them to check out the pendulum and use it like I do, but then I will have more people thinking I’m crazy.
I am still taking my prednisone one time a day but I will be asking the pendulum if I need to, if it says yes I will keep taking it. I don’t think it’s hurting me at this time and maybe that in combination with my diet changes are what is keeping me from being in pain. There is nothing like being able to sit and not have your tailbone ache, or bending over and not having your back hurt, or just the general achiness that goes with inflammation.
All I can say is I feel good being me!
