Ankylosing spondylitis

To sleep or not to sleep?

Last year I realized I must have chronic fatigue because I couldn’t make it through the day and every month it got worse and worse. I started researching and realized because of my AS my body was being depleted of its energy resources. I would wake up in the morning after a fitful sleep and have plenty of energy until I would start my drive home in the evenings. Most of the time I literally would doze off at one time or the other on my 28 mile trip. Once home I would lay on the couch and would be out until my husband came home. I was going to bed at 7:30-8 pm and waking at 6 am. I thought I might need to take some uppers around noon, not really, but at least try one of those energy drinks. When looking on the internet for some answers I came across and article that discussed the spiraling effects of chronic fatigue. This page led me to a link http://www.endfatigue.com. I looked at the site and read some of the articles and reviews of the products this Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum had developed. He had a free symptoms analyzer and I thought what the heck, give it a try. Now Dr. T. as he is known on the sites background is he actually “contracted” chronic fatigue in medical school and had to drop out for a year to recover. After that he has dedicated his life to finding a cure for this as well as Fibromyalgia which he also has. Based on the symptoms analyzer I decided to give the products he recommended a try. I bought the End Fatigue Energy Revitalization System (Powder) – Citrus ; Fatigued to Fantastic! End Pain Formula ; Acetyl L-Carnitine; and Corvalen (D-Ribose). I started taking all of this around the end of August and immediately I noticed a difference. I had more energy, could make through an entire day, and was staying up until 10-11 pm and waking up at 6 am feeling great. I stayed on this until January when I ran out. Within 3 days of stopping the sluggishness reappeared. I immediately went to the internet to buy some more. Now as much as I want to support Dr. T, I did find the products on http://www.iherb.com for much cheaper, so think about that if you do want to try it. Overall I recommend the products, they are worth the money and they are all natural. If you suffer from chronic fatigue give it a try for a month, if it works great, if not there are always other products you can try.
